Cradled Rock – Graduate Studio Project (ASU, First Year, Solo Project)

Cradled Rock is a spa concept designed during my first year of graduate studies at ASU. This solo project explores the innovative use of thermal mass to naturally regulate temperature in a hot, arid climate. By integrating reflections of light, sound, and texture, Cradled Rock creates a soothing and immersive experience for visitors while promoting sustainability through passive design strategies. This project represents my commitment to merging environmental responsibility with compelling architectural experiences, illustrating how thoughtful design can both honor and enhance its natural surroundings.
