As a junior designer at Bergland + Cram, I contributed to the design and development of a residential lake home addition currently under construction. The project focuses on enhancing the home’s functionality while working within the site’s unique constraints. I assisted in developing schematic designs and Revit models that seamlessly integrate the new spaces with the existing home, prioritizing views, accessibility, and environmental sensitivity. My role included collaborating with the design team to balance client needs, site limitations, and budget considerations—ensuring the addition remains both practical and visually cohesive.
